GOPHER BASS CLUB MEETING MINUTES – 02/16/10

Casting kids march 6 and 7 at Cabela’s, toc committee looking for help, toc for 2011 pools 5a-6-7 or white fish chain

TOC off limits 14 days before keep this in mind when planning on fishing other tournaments
 

Youth Report –

Need boaters for youth toc June 27, looks like we will have 4 new members,

Youth club events - June 6 on Sugar lake, Wright county and August 29 tb

Environmental Report –

Chong will check with the DNR on a environmental thing we can do with the youth also looking into earth day
 

New Business –

Talked about a combined weight total on tournaments with the winning boat getting a extra ½ pound will talk more about it and vote

on next meeting, talked about bonus weight for five fish talk more and vote next meeting,

talked and voted on paper club (vote did not pass), talked and voted  about changing tournament dates (vote did not pass),

talked about no-show penalty and voted on it (vote passed – penalty loss of average weight for that event), voted on 2011 toc

white fish chain, talked and voted on taking over pan-o-prog tournament (vote passed – July 10-11)

2010 club tournaments – May 15 (Mississippi pool #2), May 16 (Mississippi pool #3 & #4),

June 19 (Sugar Lake, Wright County), June 20 (E/W Sylvia Lake, Wright County), July 17 (Miltona Lake,

Douglas County), July 18 (Ida Lake, Douglas County), August 14 and 15 (2011 toc waters)
 

Items Tabled For Next Meeting –

New tournament shirts, pan-o-prog tournament , vote for vice president
